- Bruschetta al Pomodoro (per piece): A single piece of toasted bread with fresh cherry tomatoes, garlic, oregano, and basil.
- Parmigiana Bianca: The Damaso family's traditional eggplant parmigiana made with layers of eggplant, besciamella (white sauce), and different cheeses.
- Parmigiana di Melanzane: Traditional eggplant parmigiana with layers of eggplant, tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Unico: A dish of oven-roasted potatoes with bacon and cheddar.
- Arancini: Sold per piece. (Note: The description from a previous menu indicates these are Sicilian rice balls).
- Crocché Napoli: Mashed potato croquettes filled with mozzarella.
- Polpette della Nonna (3 pes): Three "grandma-style" meatballs in sauce, served with a side of fresh ricotta.

- Mixed Green Salad: Spring mix, cherry tomato, cucumber, red onion, with a dressing of salt, lemon, and extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).
